1. Do you travel?

For 2026 bookings, travel is within Townsville only. Travel distances outside of Townsville such as Ingham or Ayr, will incur a travel fee.

2. Do you help with planning our Session?

Yes, we can assist with posing, creative guidance and research based on trends and goals supplied by the client. We also have an abundance of suggestions for locations and many local businesses in mind, should any suggestions be required.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

For cancellations within 48 hours with no intention to reschedule, your deposit will be unable to be refunded. Rescheduling is based on availability and your deposit in this case will remain on file if you do book in another date.

4. Is there any particular video styles you do not do?

At this point in time, we do not have capacity for weddings, birth videos or long duration events. We also do not do any adult content or content involving children without written parental consent.

5. Do you have a recommended videographer?
